Spacious family home near royal Bushy Park and Hampton Court Palace - SW London

Our semi-detached 1930s house offers four bedrooms (one double and three large singles), plus two double sofa beds, and is just 25 mins from Heathrow in the Hampton Court area, close to the River Thames, SW of London (just 35 mins away by train).

Downstairs we have a large double reception room with comfy sofas (one a double sofa bed), flatscreen smart TV, media centre (PC connected to the TV) and Wii; one end of the living-room functions as a music room with an electronic piano and a vinyl record player. Folding doors lead to the kitchen-diner with seating for up to 8 at the extendable dining table plus two seats at the breakfast bar in the pantry area. Double doors from the kitchen-diner give access to our very pretty two-level garden, with dining and seating areas, BBQ, and a double swing-seat. A utility room off the kitchen and an understairs WC come in handy on the ground floor, which also offers a large office/snug with flatscreen TV and a further double sofa bed. Finally, there`s a brand new wet room with power shower, offering completely level access for any guests with reduced mobility.

Upstairs, the master bedroom overlooks the garden, and there are three further single bedrooms, a large family bathroom with power shower over the bath, and a study with wired internet access. We have a high-speed broadband connection with wired access in the living-room and both offices, plus fast WiFi throughout the house.

Exchangers must like and be comfortable around cats, as we need care for our playful and affectionate new kitten, Cosmo.
