Our home is a traditional 1930's British semi-detached house which we have recently refurbished from top to bottom. We have a large open plan living room, kitchen and dining area to the rear of the house which is light and airy and overlooks our large secluded garden, it offers a really pleasant living space (with stove, large cable TV, digital piano, and hi-speed wireless broadband) and is great for entertaining when family and friends visit. There are bi-folding doors that open out on to a patio area, perfect for breakfast on sunny mornings. There is also a cosy living room at the front of the house with an additional television set and a double sofa bed for guests. There is a toilet downstairs as well as a modern house bathroom and separate toilet on the first floor. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor and a small study. We have a loft extension which provides a further double bedroom with its own ensuite shower and toilet. Our garage has been converted into a gym with rowing machine and exercise bike, we can also provide 2 bicycles for use. Our home is comfortable and spacious in a quiet and safe neighbourhood.

We are situated in a leafy suburb of Leeds, only 5 minutes walk to Roundhay Park, one of the biggest city parks in Europe. It includes Tropical World, a firm favorite with children and adults alike. There are numerous pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance and at least 5 golf courses to choose from in the vicinity. We are on a good bus route in to Leeds Town centre, which is only 15 minutes away. Although our house is just a few miles from the city centre, we are only a 5 minute drive to beautiful open countryside.

Leeds is a lively city in the county of West Yorkshire, in the North of England. It is the destination for shopping in the north, with its impressive Victorian shopping arcades, and all the major high street names including Harvey Nichols.

Leeds is also perfectly placed for touring the UK and Europe alike. There are regular trains to London (journey time:2hrs 6 mins), 1 hour drive/train to Manchester and 1.5 hrs drive to Liverpool. Leeds/Bradford airport is 8 miles away - Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool all operate budget flights to Europe

York, Howarth, Whitby, Newcastle,and the spectacular Yorkshire Dales, the Lake District, even Edinburgh, are all within a 2.5 hr drive, so we are perfectly located to see the beauty of the UK - and you are welcome to use our new, automatic, car to make the most of your visit!
