Lovely 1 Bed home in Lower Hutt, New Zealand

Located in Sunny Eastbourne, just a 20min ferry ride from downtown Wellington. This little 1 bedroom cottage is tucked up on the edge of the forest, with fantastic harbour views.

Just 5 minute walk from the beach and access to walking and cycle tracks within minutes from the door. There is a little local village with a pub, general store, cafes and restaurants, post office, some shopping etc.
Bus stop at the end of the street (100m) and 2km to the city ferry (bicycles available). 30 minute drive to Wellington city for shopping, restaurants, galleries, museum, parliament buildings, theaters etc.
There are plenty of stairs to gain access to the house, so would suit active people, but the view is worth the climb!

Wifi internet is available, television, dvd player and lots of dvds and game consoles.

There is a sofa bed in the study that folds out to make a very comfortable queen sized bed.

One very affectionate cat will demand attention and he will need feeding, we can arrange for a neighbour to do this if you plan to use the house as a base for further travel.
