Lovely 3 Bed home in Perth, Australia

Our house (300sq metre -3230sq ft) is light and airy and has 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom with ensuite is upstairs. There is a formal dining room and 3 indoor lounge areas; one being upstairs. Gas heater both upstairs and downstairs, All rooms are clean, tidy and comfortably furnished in a cosy, homely decore. The kitchen has a variety of plug-in electric cooking appliances, a large modern Bosch microwave and a grill/oven, and a fridge/freezer. The bench tops are easy clean stone and all heavy-traffic floors downstairs are tiled with slate. Bedrooms and formal living areas are carpeted. The laundry room has a front-load washing machine and deep sink. There are pantry cupboards and a third shower recess in the laundry room. There is a 3rd toilet near the back door. The fold-out clothes-line and electric clothes-drier are under cover in the carport. Because of our weather, you may never need to use the dryer. Remote operated electric roller garage door. The spacious outdoor under-cover entertainment area can be used all year round with an overhead fan for hot weather and a gas space heater for cooler days. We use the gas-heated jacuzzi all year.

There are smoke detectors fitted inside the house and artistic bespoke, wrought iron security screens on all windows and doors to the outside. The outdoor potted plants are on on automatic watering system and a gardener will mow the lawns during your stay. There is a fax/answering machine connected to the phone line and we will leave our standard internet connection and a printer available in the study. We will arrange for you to be listed on our car-insurance policy.

Our suburb, Attadale, one of many Perth 'riversuburbs is situated between Perth, a modern city on the Swan River of 1.7million and Fremantle the historic port city. There is a network of well signed streets, roads, highways and freeways with good public transport of buses and trains. Attadale is known as one of the leafy suburbs in Perth which has a dry Mediterranean climate. Mean Max temperatures in July to Sept are 19C to 20C while the mean minimum temps for these months is 8C to 9C, mostly at night. Average rainfall for these 3 months is 90mm. You will find the greater majority of days warm, sunny with blue skies. There are numerous restaurants,cafes and shopping centres in the area. Golf, tennis and water sports of all kinds are popular year round. Only 15 minute drive to the nearest beach. A short ferry ride off the Perth coast is Rottnest Island, a very popular short holiday stay location with crystal clear water ideal for swimming and boating.
