We live in a greeny and lovely town in the southwest of PARIS (11km) and near the palace of VERSAILLES (14 km).
Our town Verrières-le-Buisson is known for its calm, its greenery and its proximity to Paris.
We are situated in a residential area, just 100 meters away to the forest (550 ha) and a pony club.
The center of the town is 10 min walk away with shops, restaurants and its market. Park free.
The proximity to Paris is a valuable asset but without the inconvenience too much traffic and noise.
Our house:
It is a recent (2010) and bioclimatic house, designed by an architect, entirely of larch wood. It uses green energy (solar water, rainwater harvesting, wood heating, green roof).
Comfortable, 178 sqm with 4 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms and with a large open-plan kitchen / living room area opening into a terrace and a tree-planted garden (300 m2) where you can sunbathe, have a glass of wine and prepare a barbeque.
Well-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, micro-wave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine), large living-room with a 42flat screen, DVD player, laundry with washing machine, dryer and steam iron. Computer with high speed Internet access, WIFI & printer.

It is planted with trees (lilac, fig tree, cherry blossoms), fruit trees (apple, pear, peach) and many flowers (roses, irises, dahlias, tulips, lavender ...). There is a small garden full of herbs, tomatoes.
Available only school hollidays.
