Lovely 1 Bed home in Stoneybatter, Ireland
My house is a small renovated artisans cottage built in 1902, a very sturdy building, just 20 minutes walk to the very centre of Dublin or 5/10 minutes by car. It is very pretty, clean and relaxing, there is plenty of space for one or two people. I have quite a large private garden which is really pretty in the summer, there is on street parking, for any chilly nights the house is centrally heated by gas boiler, but also has a real fire, it also has double glazed windows.
Just locally there are some lovely restaurants, and bars, plus the largest park in Ireland Phoenix Park with beautiful walks and wild life. The area itself, Smithefield is a very historical area. Euston Station is 10 minutes away by car and really Ireland is your Oyster then, you can travel anywhere within hours, Kilkenny, Cork, Belfast, Donegal, Galway. Take your pick.
