Lovely 2 Bed home in Palm Beach, Australia

We have completed 6 successful home exchanges and really love the idea.
Our home is a very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment right on the beach. Great Ocean and garden views from the Dinning/Lounge and Main bedroom, which has a queen bed and ensuite. The Guest bedroom has it's own bathroom and is located at the other end of the hall. Open the sliding glass doors and sit outside to watch the waves or the occasional whale pass by. Modern fittings and appliances yet a home away from home. The lounge room has 2 unique reading chairs, a large Black Italian leather sofa accompanied by a huge Plasma TV. If looking at the view isn't enough then there is a TV in both bedrooms and a small library of books to take to read around the pool or at the beach. The dinning table caters for 6 and there is outdoor BBQ and a setting for 4 people. On the other side of the balcony, outside the main Bedroom over looking the beach and garden there is a breakfast setting for 2.

Also 2 mountain bike for your use.

Ideally located for fishing, surfing or relaxing. If relaxing is the last thing on your mind we have many, many restaurants, pubs and cafes near by with 4 great eating places within 3 mins walk. For the kids, 3 huge Theme Parks 25 mins drive. Brisbane City is an easy 1 hour drive.

Palm Beach is at your doorstep with 2 surf Clubs/Bar & eateries 500 meters along the beach on either side yet the beach is not a busy one. We are 15 to 20 mins from the main towns of Broadbeach and Surfer's Paradise yet only 10 mins from local Airport(Coolongatta). The main bus route goes right pass the door making public transport an easy way to go.
