A modern and beautifully decorated apartment with sea and mountain views located in the West End of Morecambe.

First floor for easy access via 1 flight of stairs.

Also used as an Airbnb property with a score of 4.98 (we Airbnb but also like to do a home swap).

The apartment is very well equipped for cooking and baking with an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge overlooking the beach with fabulous views across to the Lake District and a fantastic place to watch the sunset.

The apartment is ideally for 2 adults, but can accommodate up to 2 additional children on an air sofa bed in the lounge which could be suitable for shorter stays or a week.

There are 3 other apartments in the building and we have caring and friendly neighbours.

About the location

Morecambe is an old seaside town which is currently being regenerated with Eden North leading this, having started their development site just a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

Morecambe has fine views across to the Lake District and the flat offers an ideal relaxing beach front, seaside location with the ability to explore the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks, as well as the Forest of Bowland and Arnside and Silverdale Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The apartment would also be an ideal haven for a relaxing break by the seaside if you are reliant on public transport or would just like to sit, relax and watch the birds and beautiful sunsets.
