We are a 10 min walk into the market town of Chesterfield and 15 min drive from the beautiful Peak District National Park. Chesterfield has a large outdoor market 4 times a week including a flea market on a Thursday which draws many people. Chatsworth House is a 15 min drive and the cities of Sheffield, Derby and Nottingham are within 45 minutes drive. We can be in London in 2 hours direct. Near cinema, parks, restaurants, swimming and theatre, it`s also a great base to see the rural beauty and villages of Derbyshire.

About the location

Chesterfield is the largest market town in Derbyshire and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Activities in the area are vast ranging from hiking, caving, climbing to visiting tiny villages and stately homes. Sheffield, which is 10 minutes away by train is a thriving university city with a busy nightlife, dining culture and extensive arts activities.

The area is very central in terms of getting around with the station 1 mile away taking you direct to London in 2 hours or to Newcastle in the same time. The M1 motorway is less than 10 minutes away and runs the length of the country. People come here for the Peak District National Park, the quaint Derbyshire villages and the thriving market. There are also a range of places to eat and drink within both walking and easy driving distance.
