Lovely 2 Bed home in Melbourne, Australia

We live in the Mitcham, 20 km east from Melbourne's central business district. Our home is three bedroomed, two storey house, with small courtyard garden. We are sustainable people and where awarded the 2010 Sustainable Home Award in our city council. Our home is within 700mtrs of the local train and bus station. The train line is well supported with trains running into Melbourne city frequently. Melbourne is a vibrant city on par with many larger cities of the world. Regional Victoria is within easy driving distance with many attractions such as wildlife reserves, fairy penguin colonies and of course our famous beaches.
