Handy for transport links (Edinburgh Airport is just 6 miles away) with glorioius Perthshire, the spectacular Highlands and the Scottish Borders all within easy reach by train, bus or our exchange car.

Restaurants, cafes, speciality shops and supermarkets are all a short walk away. A ?4 all day bus ticket gives you the freedom of the city to explore the famous Georgian terraces in the New Town, the Royal Mile in the Old Town with Holyrood palace and the Scottish Parliament. Dozens of arts and theatre venues are only a short bus ride away. It's a really well located apartment - an ideal base for those who want to be in the heart of Scotland's vibrant capital but who also want the option to tour the country.

Recently refurbished and with brand new furniture throughout (summer 2010) the flat has one good sized bedroom containing a six foot "zipnlink" bed so can be used as both a super king size or for two singles. The apartment is ideal for two but can readily sleep up to four as the lounge has a new double bed settee. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over. A large sunny dining kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine.
