Set in about seven acres of woodland and orchard. Has its own spring water supply,but you would never tell as it is a very good system,a lot better than mains.
Very good sea ,river and reservoir fishing all around.Fishing tackle shop and advice on site.

100 miles of costal footpaths,stunning cliffs and miles of deserted beaches.
