In 3 minutes you can reach the White Lake on foot with a small park and fountain.

Also in 3 minutes on foot you con reach the tram, that gets you to Alexanderplatz station in 20 minutes - right in the hart of Berlin. At Alexanderplatz there is the "red town hall", not far from there is the Cathedral, the University, the Museum Island, the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Potsdamer Platz, etc.
Even Wannsee and Potsdam can be reached easily by public transport.

There are also possibilities to go for shopping from the apartment on foot.
In the house there is a Fitness studio, that could be used by special agreement.

At the White Lake there is a small restaurant, so you can have breakfast or eat by overlooking the lake, and in the city we can give lots of ideas for restaurants.

From Berlin main station you could reach Hamburg, for example, in approximately 1.5 hours, Dresden in about 2 hours and Frankfurt in about 4 hours, if you would like to do.
