We have a 3 bedroomed victorian house on a leafy terraced street in a desirable part of Brighton. There is a big sitting room with wood burning stove and ornamental gas fire. There is a large kitchen with table and french windows leading out to a forty foot west facing back garden with furniture and slide. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and one with bunk beds.

There are two local parks, one only 50m away with tennis courts, cafe and childrens play ground. There are many good local pubs serving excellent food. The centre of town and the beach is a 20min walk or 10mins by bus.

Brighton is a beautiful seaside city that mixes a holiday resort with London cool being just an hour from the capital.
