Camberwell is a bohemian arty neighbourhood in Zone 2 around 2 miles south of central London. Its is an easy cycle along quiet roads to the centre or there are numerous public transport options including Denmark Hill, a London Overground station 6 minutes walk from the flat, with connections to St Pancras, Victoria and London Bridge. There are also excellent bus links with numbers 40, 176 & 185 stopping minutes away.

The leafy area is dominated by typical London Georgian houses climbing the closest tall hill to the city. The flat is on the top floor of a 250 year old terraced townhouse. It is on Camberwell Grove, a quiet tree lined avenue, which is regarded as one of the most beautiful streets in south London and its elevation means that it has brilliant views from Big Ben and the West End to the Skyscrapers of the city.

Inside the apartment is has an architect inspired, bright, modern, design feel. There are two double bedrooms, a shower room, large hall and an open plan kitchen dinner. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator (there are 47 steps from the street to the front door).

The local area is quiet and peaceful but it is only a short walk away from the many cafes, restaurants and grocery stores along Camberwell Church Street. Sights such as the South London Gallery, the Dulwich Picture Gallery and Peckham Market are all very close. There is also a local Swimming Pool with gym, and a Park with tennis courts. It is a brilliant place to live and we would be happy to leave you a list of all our favourite places.
