Lovely 3 Bed home in Christchurch, New Zealand
Our house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, with the very pretty Heathcote River just round the corner, 2 mins walk. Is also near Rapaki track which offers great walking/mountain bike track with views across Christchurch.
The house is light and sunny, the sun streams into the lounge all afternoon until sunset, and there is a BIG heatpump to keep the temperature nice and cosy during the snow season.
There is one large double bedroom, another double and a third bedroom, that would squeeze a double bed in if necessary, but is really just a single (currently has our son’s cot, so negotiable to what is put in there).
Its Power included, and phone for local phone calls. Wireless internet if you would like it. (You would need your own computer).
