Our family friendly home is nestled up in Dean Park, 1 block from hiking and walking trails, 8 minutes from the town of Sidney & 20 minutes from downtown Victoria. Sidney is a vibrant seaside town with great shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, art gallery, boutiques, coffee shops, bakery, marina, aquarium, whale watching, fishing, sailing & much more! There are seaside walking & biking trails around Sidney. Local farms, markets & wineries are minutes away. There are dozens of family friendly beach & picnic areas throughout Sidney & Victoria. We have a large private yard with great neighbors & comfortable furnishings. The local pool with water slide & fitness center is 1 minute away. In Victoria you will find great restaurants, shopping, art galleries, theatres, parks, historical buildings, street artists & musicians. Vancouver Island is a nature lovers dream with incredible wildlife, old growth forest and hiking/biking trails. We are minutes from the ferry to the San Juan Islands and Gulf Islands.

Our home is 3400 sq feet, with 4 bedrooms, master has 1 King, each kids room has a bunk bed & spare room has a double. There are 3 bathrooms, TV room/family room with Wii, lego and other kids toys. There is also a fitness room with a treadmill, stationary bike, free weights & an extra TV. We also have an office with a computer & our house has wireless internet access. The kitchen is up to date with stainless steel appliances & has an eating bar that sits 4 & a table for 6. The back yard has tons of kids outdoor toys, bikes, basketball hoop, hockey net, water guns, nerf guns & a fort. There is a gas BBQ and patio furniture. It's a great house to come back to and relax after exploring!
