Our home sits on one acre of land surrounded by lovely views. We are one mile outside the village of Manlius, NY. We are central in either direction for day trips. It's well-equipped and comfortable. Living room has 55inch flat-screen TV with surround sound. Master bedroom has king-size bed, sitting area and gas fireplace, adjoining sun-room (conservatory) and large deck,with BBQ grill. Master bath has soaking-tub, separate shower. Other bedrooms have Queen-size bed and two twin-size beds. Dining-room with wood burning fireplace, modern kitchen.

We have a second home (condo) listed for Tucson, Arizona (HE24503) Cabins (log cabin & guest cabin) on 50 acres 45 mins. drive to Peace Bridge, Buffalo, New York to Canadian Border of Ontario, Canada, may also be made available.

We are very centrally located. Manlius is outside the city of Syracuse, NY. We have lots of State and local parks, hiking trails, boating, golfing, fishing, shopping at the largest mall in central NY, restaurants, Erie Canal and Salt Museum, Turning Stone Casino, which showcase top entertainment and lots of stunning views! Syracuse Airport and train station.

North: 2hrs (driving time) is the Canadian Provence of Ontario. Even closer to our cabins, 45 minutes drive to Peace Bridge, in Buffalo, NY.

East: 2.5 hrs (driving time) Adirondack Mountains (white face, Lake Placid and Lake George) Utica Club Brewery tours, Saratoga Racing Track.

West: 1.5 hrs (driving time)Kodak Museuem & Planetarium, in Rochester, NY
3hrs (driving time) Niagara Falls, NY
**latter being closer to our cabins.

South: 1.5 to 2hrs (driving time) The Finger Lake region with Vineyards and wine tasting,plus tour boats offering lunch or dinner cruises.
