Our house is situated in the leafy suburb of Wembley Downs which is about 15 minutes walk to the beach, or 5 if you go by car! You can see the ocean from our front garden. The house itself is a classic brick home with beautifully polished floorboards throughout. It is reverse cycle air conditioned throughout which means you are comfortable no matter what the season!
We have renovated and furnished the house to a beautiful standard and are very proud of it.
It has a Master bedroom and three other bedrooms plus study. There is a king sized bed in the Master bedroom and a bunk bed in one room, a single bed in the other room and a foldout bed or cot is available for the fourth bedroom.
It is very child friendly and has an enclosed front garden and gorgeous enclosed entertaining area out the back. We have a large living area with plasma tv with Foxtel package and dvd player. There is also a large sitting room out the back for those who enjoy their peace and quiet. The bedrooms are all spacious and the Master bedroom has a jacuzzi in the ensuite.
You are walking distance to local shops and a short drive to the city or major shopping centres. Public transport is available 200 metres up the road if required.
