THE HOUSE: Victorian family home with garden and sea view on a quiet, pretty street in Brighton (known as Britain`s coolest town) close to beach, culture and countryside. Lovely park 4 minutes away, walk to fantastic pubs, quirky shops and restaurants, museums, art galleries etc. Easy access to London (50 mins by train) and airports.

Top bedroom has a gorgeous superking bed, ensuite bathroom and view of the sea. 3 other bedrooms, one double, one with bunk beds and one currently an office but could be a single. On ground floor, we have a double reception room and kitchen/diner. Sunny garden with table and 4 chairs.

It is a very peaceful area but within easy walking distance of the centre of town and the beach. The local area is full of great shops, restaurants and pubs. Brighton is England`s most cosmopolitan and creative seaside town with interesting museums, the world famous Pier and Pavilion. Walk down to the beach, then take the Volks railway to visit the Pier and Brighton Pavilion.

There is wonderful countryside nearby with the South Downs, forests, pubs and villages to explore and great walking paths. London is 50 minutes away by train so it is easy to combine a city/seaside break. A trampoline + large collection of DVDs and books, Wii, and games.
