Lovely 2 Bed home in Tourrettes sur Loup, France

The house is in a medieval hill village and we are just off the main square. The house is detached, with an annex across the courtyard with a bedroom which could accommodate a 3rd person (but with no bathroom). It has wonderful views directly down to the sea at Cap d'Antibes, across the valley and back to the mountains.

The village is lively and has four cafes and around 8 restaurants. Two food shops, two bakers, newsagent,wine merchant, two butchers, and lots of small shops and workshops. We are 10 mins drive from Vence which is a medium sized town with great market and the most wonderful food shopping(no need to cook if you don't want to !), and about 25 mins drive to Nice and the airport. Free parking is available at the end of the village, but parking in the square is paid for.

Wonderful walking, easy motorway access for trips to Antibes, Aix, Avignon and across the border to Italy.

House is classic stone built but with contemporary furniture and decor with pale colours and stylish art. We are just at the foothills of the mountains so we have slightly cooler weather than the coast, but you are within easy reach of beaches. We have owned it for 6 years and are now intending to go there for a year initially, but want to exchange ideally for the whole of August this year (minimum of 3 weeks) and then at mutally agreeable times through the year to see our London friends, as we are letting our house here. We are Ok with one well behaved dog - lots of fantastic walking in the hills.
