Lovely 1 Bed home swap in Haywards Heath, England

Spacious 1 bedroom/1 bathroom flat in the Sussex town of Haywards Heath. The property is around a year old so has a lovely modern, but homely feel. There is a small garden at the rear of the property. The bedroom and the study overlook the garden and at the front of flat is a large open plan kitchen/living space. We have wireless broadband, a printer and a scanner.
There is a large supermarket 5 minutes walk away and the main town with a wide variety of shops and restaurants is a 10 minute walk.
One of our favourite things about this area is all the wonderful places to eat from small cafe's to traditional english pubs for a great sunday roast. There is also a large resevoir/boating lake 3 miles away for walking or water-sports.

London is 45mins away by train, and our local train station is 5 minutes walk from the flat. You could easily pop up to London for the day to see the sights. Brighton on the south coast is 30 mins drive/20 mins on the train and offers all the seaside activities one would expect, as well as some lovely places to eat and shop. The famous South Downs are nearby with wonderful walks offered. Gatwick airport is 15 minutes away by train.

Also in easy reach of beautiful Sussex countryside: •The Seven Sisters ( cousins of the White Cliffs of Dover) and the Cuckmere Haven estuary •Ashdown Forest •Ditchling Beacon, where you can walk along the South Downs way to get fabulous views across the sea and countryside •Lewes Castle and Anne of Cleves House. •Wakehurst place and Borde Hill gardens •Various local stately homes and gardens.
