Lovely 3 Bed home in Boulder, USA

Our colorful artist's home is spacious, comfortable and family friendly. There is an eat-in kitchen, open living room and dining roonm and a large family room with a large-screen TV. Three bedrooms are upstairs, all with queen or double beds. A small balcony opens off the master bedroom. There are two full bathrooms upstairs and one full bathroom downstairs. We have a large, shady back yard with swings, a climbing wall and a patio with dining furniture for pleasant summer evenings.

We live on a quiet street with lots of lively, friendly young families. We are located minutes from downtown Boulder. There are lots of local buses, as well as an amazing network of bike paths that can lead you all over town as well as into the surrounding foothills and countryside. We have a good selection of bikes for you to use.

Downtown Boulder offers a great selection of good restaurants and really fun shopping areas. There are also a lot of galleries and outdoor art festivals in the summer, as well as a thriving farmer's market. The University of Colorado is a strong influence and hosts a wonderful Shakespear Festival in the summer and other cultural events all year long. Historic Chautauqua Auditorium holds the Colorado Music Festival all summer. It's a beautiful place to take a pick nick and spend a leasurely evening. More great music, museums and nightclubs are just 30 minutes away in Denver.

Boulder is a mecca for outdoor sports. This year it was voted America's Fittest City and a couple of years ago it was America's Smartest City! (Who knows what that means, exactly.) World-class hiking, road and mountain biking, trail running and climbing are practically on your doorstep. The beautiful Flatiron rock formations that frame the town are famous for climbing as are the canyons leading straight out of the town into the Rocky Mountains. We are an hours drive from Rocky Mountain National Park which is a truely spectacular place to hike, backpack, camp or just drive through and enjoy. Last but not least, Eldora Ski Resort is just a one-hour car or bus ride away, and world class skiing at Vail, Breckenridge and several other resorts are only an hour further.
