Lovely 3 Bed home in Southfields, England

Ours is a restored terraced house (built 1906) on a quiet street in Southfields, a leafy part of South-West London.

This is a great spot from which to discover London. We are 3 minutes walk from Southfields underground station (District line) for quick and easy access to the centre of town (15-20 mins to South Ken for all the museums). The shops and amenities of Southfields are all within a few minutes walk. We are a 10-15 minute walk from Wimbledon Tennis and a short distance from the boutiques and restaurants of the popular Wimbledon Village and the large wilderness of Wimbledon Common. Wimbledon Park (fantastic for children) is about a 10 minute walk.

We have fully refurbished the house in the past 3 1/2 years (excluding the old loft extension which is currently used as storage). The house is fully adapted to life with (young) children with toys and all the usual equipment. Downstairs we have a large, extended, state-of-the-art kitchen/diner, utility room, WC, comfortable sitting room with TV projector and well-tended garden of approx 6 by 15 metres, with table and chairs, Weber bbq, sandpit. Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms - one double with superking size bed, another double used as the children's bedroom and a third single room which we use as a study. We have a small bathroom with combined shower/bath. We may be able to include the use of our VW Golf car.

We have a lovely housekeeper/cleaner/childminder who comes 2-3 times per week, her services may also be available.
