Our home is a 11 year old two storey ex display/show home. Located in a "gated community" style estate that has been built around 2 championship links golf courses.
Sandhurst is located 40 klms SE of Melbourne & about 5 klms from the beach. We are also only 30 minutes from the renowned Mornington Peninsula, which provides unlimited activities.
Our home has all the modern conveniences e.g. ducted central heating/refrigerated air conditioning, high speed internet (wireless), 2 x 50" TV`s with cable TV, kitchen complete with European s/s appliances, monitored alarm, and much much more.
The estate boasts over 50 klms of walking/jogging tracks; our club (which we are happy to discuss providing access to) incorporates an indoor heated pool; 2 tennis courts; a gymnasium & a Members Club complete with restaurant & bar facilities.
Melbourne has many wonderful dining venues throughout the City, some as little as 15 mins away. The local shopping centre is nearby & the freeway into central Melbourne is only 2 mins away.
