Close to the New Forest, our 3 bedroom detached house with large garden is in a quiet road close to the historic Georgian town centre of Lymington. The New Forest with its roaming ponies and donkeys is around 3 miles away and the coast with sailing opportunities is less than a mile away. A car is useful but not essential. It is possible to cycle from the house on quiet roads in all directions.

Our home has 3 bedrooms 2 with double beds and the third with double sofa bed. There is an en-suite in one bedroom. A family bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs.

In the lounge there is seating for 6 with a tv connected to Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as all the usual Freeview channels.

The kitchen diner has all the usual facilities with seating for 8 available and a snug with 2 chairs overlooking the garden.

The large garden has a barbeque area with a table for up to 8.

About the location

Lymington is ideally placed to benefit from it`s proximity to the Solent for water activities and the New Forest for walking and sightseeing. The New Forest is a national park in Hampshire with many miles of open heathland, woods and quiet tracks.

The large towns of Bournemouth and Southampton are 20 miles away and historic cities of Salisbury,Winchester and Portsmouth around 30.

The town has a good range of shops and facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, quiet cycle routes, golf, tennis and other sports. There are many walking routes nearby or you could travel to the Isle of Wight from the ferry at Lymington. Stone beach 3 miles and Sandy ones 8 miles.
