Lots for kids & adults - trampoline in the back yard, tabletennis, Playstation in games room, 4 bikes to get you into the village or beach, golf clubs etc.Plus all the camping gear you could need - large family tent, airbeds, cooking gear etc should you wish to take off for a few days and visit the national parks in Northern New South Wales and Queensland.
