Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms, the master bedroom has an ensuite with walk in shower and under floor heating. The fourth bedroom is a double size room which is used as a toy room for our grandchildren with large double sofa bed. All bedrooms have double beds with flat screen televisions and satellite. All with central heating.We have a large bathroom which incorporates underfloor heating, is also a wet room with walk in shower and bath. There is parking space outside for 3 cars.

The house is close to M3 and M25 motorway. Sunbury on Thames is our closest rail station within walking distance, with bus routes into Staines, London, Richmond and beyond. Hampton Court Palace is 2 miles away, Richmond Upon Thames 10 minutes drive and Central London is 30 minutes. Thorpe Park, Chessington, Legoland are a 30 minute drive away. Windsor Castle is 20 minutes away. There is a public golf course within walking distance as is the River Thames for fishing and hiring boats.
