Lovely 4 Bed home in Little Haven, Wales

We would like to offer our house Lower Foxhill for possible holiday and short break exchange. Our house was built 10 years ago replacing an old barn. It has sea views and is situated in 4 acres of grounds with woodland, duck pond, wild meadow and lawn. It is in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and only a 10 minute walk down to the the sandy beaches of Little Haven and Broad Haven. Here you can also join the Pembrokeshire coastal path which offers spectacular walks and views around St Bride's Bay

Our house is set in its own grounds and is situated at the top of a windy track looking out towards St Bride's Bay and St David's Head.

Inside the house has a large open plan living room with a wood burner and comfy sofas leading to a kitchen with kitchen dining table. A downstairs bathroom and downstairs bedroom with single bed. Upstairs are three further bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a single bed (large childrens room) and a bathroom.

Our house is relaxed in style, clean but things are worn with family use, not perfect in anyway. We are artistic in approach to life and this is reflected in our style and decor. Further pictures to be listed shortly.

The two closest beaches Little Haven and Broad Haven are both within walking distance. There are also the beautiful beaches of Marloes, Musslewick, Druidstone, Newgale and St Brides which are all within 15 minutes drive from here. Skomer Island, a wildlife haven for rare birds is accessible by boat from Martin's Haven. The historic smallest city St David's, with it's famous cathedral and cafes/shops is an half hour drive up the coast.

Things to do nearby include swimming, sailing, surfing, walking, cycling, eating out, seal/bird spotting, beach combing, diving, fishing, kayaking, climbing and horse riding, historic monuments.

There is kayak and surf board hire at Broadhaven beach. Sailing boat hire at Dale, Horse riding Lessons at Nolton (including riding across Druidstone beach) and local Diving courses. In Little Haven there are 3 pubs. In particular "The Castle" is a great family pub and restaurant and "The Swan" offers fresh locally sourced food and won the best pub in Wales 2011 award. There is also a very popular fish and chip cafe in Broadhaven. Beautiful sunsets happen most evenings from the beaches looking out across St Bride's bay or from the lawn of our house.
