Lovely 4 Bed home in Somerset West (near Cape Town), South Africa

We run a self catering holiday accommodation business from home in the Cape Winelands near Cape Town. The main house has one bedroom with shower room, the flat which is attached to the main house has two bedrooms, lounge/kitchenette and one shower room and the cottage which faces onto the large heated swimming pool has a large lounge area with separate bedroom and shower room, plus fully fitted kitchen area which is open plan in the lounge. All accommodation is furnished and equipped to a high standard. The photographs displayed are an assortment of the main house and the two units.

We are located in a very safe area of a small town which has a large shopping mall close by and a beautiful sandy uncrowded beach is only 10 minutes drive away. We are only 40 minutes drive along the main highway into Cape Town and 20 minutes drive from the airport. Numerous 1st class golf courses nearby.

Our domestic char works two full days per week and she will clean the house and units plus do your laundry for you. Our gardener works one day per week.
