Victorian Cottage

Our home is set in a quiet location in the Regency seaside town of Sidmouth on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. Sidmouth is a delightful seaside resort with all the original character of the Regency period, with lovely shingle-sand beaches and a pretty centre with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops. There are breathtaking views of the coast from the 2 headlands either side of the bay. The coastal path is ideal for walkers.

Our early 19th century grade II listed home has a pretty garden to the front and mediterranean style garden to the rear. It is only a 15 minute walk along a beautiful riverside park to the town centre and sea. There is a cottage staircase leading to the two bedrooms, one with king size bed. The second bedroom is very small with limited storage so overall the property is best suited for a couple. There is a small shower room with a WC. The living room is south facing overlooking the front garden. The kitchen leads onto a small conservatory and the pretty rear garden. Beyond the garden gate is a single garage and parking space.
Please note that the stairs to the bedrooms are not suitable for disabled persons.

Our fifteen year old cat Misty enjoys a quiet life and is very easy maintenance.

About the location

Lovely walks along the Byes to the town and beach. Within easy reach of Lyme, Seaton, Beer, Budleigh and Exmouth with great coastal walks along the Juassic Coast. Exeter is thirteen miles away with good bus connections.
