Lovely 2 Bed home in La Aparecida, Spain

Two bedroom apartment, on the first floor, situated in a quiet village next to the mountains.

Our apartment has an open lounge, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony and roof top solarium. There is a shared pool. The master bedroom has a double bed, second bedroom twin beds.

La Aparecida is a charming village, typically Spanish, with a beautiful view of the mountains. There is a weekly market in the main street on Sundays, serving fresh fruit and vegetables etc from the local 'huerta'(market garden).

We are 10 minutes from the historic town of Orihuela, and 20 minutes from the beautiful, also historic, city of Murcia. Also within 20 minutes drive there are 2 big shopping centres, incorporating cinemas, ten pin bowling and many places to eat and drink.
The golden beaches and numerous golf courses are within forty minutes drive.
We are served by two airports, Alicante and San Javier, they are both within 40/45 minutes drive of the village. There is a nearby reservoir where they provide horse riding, quad biking, guided walks and much more.
