The house is a small but delightful one full of beams and character in a small terrace built c.1730 right in the heart of the beautiful Cathedral city of Chichester and is close to the south coast of England.

The city is home to Chichester Festival Theatre, Pallant House modern art gallery, New Park Independent Cinema and 4 miles from Goodwood with its beautiful horse racing,aerodrome, motor racing circuit and golf course.

The cottage has a charming sitting room with a large fireplace and woodburner; a refurbished kitchen with a double oven, induction hob and fridge freezer. The kitchen door leads into a small walled garden with table and four chairs, garden bench and raised flower beds. Upstairs is the main double bedroom and separate bathroom with bath and shower. The second bedroom, also used as a study, is on the top floor.

London is 1hr 50mins by train, Brighton 1hr and Portsmouth`s historic dockyard and ships, 30 mins by car. Chichester Harbour with its delightful villages, pubs and sailing is about 15 mins drive, and the South Downs a similar distance.
