Modern newbuild house situated in a quiet area. Emsworth is a quaint harbour town with cafes, local produce shops and a Michelin star restuarant. There is windsurfing at the Witterings (Blue Flag beach) and moutain biking on the Downs. All within 30 mins drive.
Our house: Downstairs is a large open plan lounge, kitchen diner. There is a utility, toilet and playroom. Upstairs are three double bedrooms - one ensuite with shower, a family bathroom and an area which has our study/library. The garden includes a vege patch, decking, dining and a wendy house.
We are 15mins from historic Portsmouth (with ferries to IOW and Europe). We are an hour's train ride from trendy Brighton.
London can be reached by train in a hour and a quarter.
