The spa towns of Harrogate and Ilkley are a short drive away, as is the cathedral city of York. Slightly further afield is the stunning countryside of the Yorkshire Dales National Park (less than an hours drive away) and The Lake District, Peak District and North Yorkshire Moors all of which are readily accessible by car.
