1 hour from central London, our home is a large, victorian townhouse which is typical to the area of Southend on sea; sleeps 6 easily but could accomodate more if needed.

We live 5 mins walk from; sea, town, shops, restaurants, theatre, indoor swimming pool, theme park, cinema & station to central London - approx 60 - 90 min journey. Though we have everything you could want close by, we are still living in a lovely, quiet conservation area. Southend also has europe's largest pier and was Queen Victoria's favourite place to holiday! It's a very typical British seaside town with everything you would expect and more such as local jazz festivals, carnival and arts trails.
