San Clemente is quaint Spanish village by the Sea- surfing, beautiful beaches, lovely walking paths along the ocean.

It's 60 miles South of Los Angeles and 60 Miles North of San Diego - near attractions such as Disneyland, Legoland, Hollywood and Rodeo Drive.

We live in Paradise! Our home is cozy and comfortably sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

EVERYTHING is walking distance - beach, restaurants, banks, post office, downtown, Yoga Studio & Starbucks. You will love it so much you won't want to leave!

Car: If you are staying in San Clemente, you can walk everywhere, but we recommend a car to get to the good grocery stores and to venture out to LA or San Diego. We may consider use of our car - this can be discussed.

You'll truly LIVE the beach lifestyle - The back patio is where you'll find yourself relaxing the most - light a fire in the chimenaya, enjoy a bug-free yard with singing birds and tropical plants.

San Clemente is a surfers DREAM! A bad surf day in San Clemente is better than a good surf day most other places. World class breaks close by: Trestles, San Onofre, Salt Creek, San Clemente Pier, Blacks Beach, The Wedge, and more!
