Pretty quaint north Yorkshire

We have a large quirky semi detached 18th century stone cottage which has been extended situated in the small village of stainton , North Yorkshire on the coast

we are right on the coastline of the Yorkshire Dales with seaside towns within 15 mins driving distance.

Surrounded by rolling fields, seaside towns ,village pubs, country shows, parks and great shopping it can be as quiet or as busy as you want.

we have beaches about 15 mins away our favourite saltburn /robin hoods bay and staithes ,then further afield are whitby famous for fish and chips lol and scarbrough ,
we have fantastic shopping with jesmond and gateshead /newcastle around 45 mins opposite way ,we are right on the yorkshire moors with roseberry topping a local tourist spot and captain cooks monument ,lovely parks ,local markets,nice places to eat everything really

We have a master bedroom /office , and large 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds so can sleep 4 also with a double sofa bed downstairs which can accommodate 2 and a family bathroom
We have a large light and bright living room with double patio doors ,gas stove and few antiques
kooky bright high hallway with chandeliers ,large open kitchen with granite floor with seating for 6/8
laundry room with washer ,dryer ,gardens to front ,patio to side and outside space with shed at back .

Also lots of toys, games, books, dvds, Wii, guitars, bikes sky tv wireless internet ,washer drier and dishwasher
