Our house is a detached residence in a village located at the mid point of three towns each just 10 or 15 minutes away by car; Portsmouth the home of the Royal navy and all of its heritage and history, Chichester and its harbour plus its sailing facilities and the Roman city walls its theatre and Culture, and lastly Petersfield a market town with fast rail links to London just over 1 hour away.
Our house has three double bedrooms plus a large single bedroom. It has ample parking plus a four car garage. There is room for a boat or two if needed.
The garden has a small pond plus three lawned areas and a terrace plus BBQ area.
