Lovely 5 Bed home in Payne's Bay, Barbados

Spacious 5 bedroom modern villa on West Coast of Barbados. In a local road about 5 minutes walk from a lovely swimming beach. Restaurants and bars within walking distance; shopping a short drive away. In the heart of the best part of Barbados but still having a local feel with fresh fish available at the local market about half a mile away.

The house is newly built and very comfortable inside. There are 2 double bedrooms with en-suites and 3 single bedrooms that share a family bathroom. However the outside has not been landscaped yet and there is no pool. There are two large terraces to sit on and a grassed area for children to play on.

There is a washing machine, drier, dishwasher, large ice maker fridge, wi-fi etc. Fans to bedrooms.

Maid service can be arranged.

Weather hot all year round- particularly nice at Easter and Christmas. Lovely place to spend a couple of weeks going to the beach every day with guaranteed sunshine.
