We are 30 minutes drive from the Channel Tunnel with easy access to France and from Ashford international station with trains to London, Paris or Brussels. There are many historical sites in the area: Canterbury, White Cliffs of Dover, Leeds Castle. For those who like to walk/hike/cycle there is the North Downs/Pilgrims Way, and Romney Marsh.

Our local town of Hythe is very quaint and has the lovely Royal Military Canal running through it.
