There are two double and one single bedroom and family bathroom on the second floor. A loft conversion has been added to create a master bedroom and en suite shower room. Off road parking is available.

Gipsy Hill area borders West Dulwich and Crystal Palace which are both vibrant and quite different areas of London. It is well served by public transport and Gipsy Hill station with regular services to both Victoria and London Bridge is less than a five minute walk from the house.

The tiered back garden is south facing and gets the sun for most of the day.

About the location

The house is well situated for all that London has to offer. We are very close to Crystal Palace and Dulwich Village In addition there are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance and we are lucky to have a selection of shops, pubs and wine bars. There are parks and woodlands nearby for walks. Public transport makes it easy to get anywhere.

Brixton, with it's vibrant mix of people and entertainment, is a short bus journey away and the same bus travels all the way from Gipsy Hill to Oxford Circus in the centre of the city
