Lovely 3 Bed home in Coconut Grove, USA

Our home is located in a lush, tropical, shady neighborhood, a short walk away from Biscayne bay. The house was built in 1930 so it has a lot of old Florida character and it is well maintained. The property is large and private, gated for security and very low maintenance. Hard wood floors through out. An updated cook's kitchen makes preparing a meal convenient. Updated bathrooms with a whirlpool bath in the master. A large screened porch so summer can be enjoyed surrounds the back of the house and we have a tribe of peafowl who visit frequently.

Pets are welcome as long as they are socialble and well trained. Cats are discouraged as we have 2 Cairn Terriers who are friendly to people but they chase cats.
