The cottage is situated in the village of Landkey, near to the North Devon link road, which gives easy access to the M5 motorway. Landkey is a 10 minute drive from Barnstaple, a market town with all the high street shops. Beautiful Exmoor that meets the sea is 30mins drive, also we have plenty of choice of golden sandy beaches again 30mins away.
The cottage is a 5 bed with a bathroom and on suite shower room. One of the rooms has bunk beds two rooms with a single bed and two double rooms.
