The property is at the end of a row of 6 with it's own parking area on a quiet no through lane. It is rural but close to Kendal and Stavely and about 1.5 miles to Supermarket and less to our local shop.

Period house with newly renovated interior. Light and spacious with good quality fittings and furnishings, very comfortable large bed. The garden faces all aspects and has several seating areas. A kitchen diner has patio doors opening into the garden.

There is a veg and fruit plot and greenhouse. Many different planting areas with perenials, grasses, roses and clematis etc.
