The property has all necessary modern conveniences. There is a double bedroom and full bathroom downstairs for use of people with less mobility. 4 bedrooms upstairs, all doubles or twins. Lounge, wood panelled dining room and large kitchen, as well as a covered porche and outside veranda with great views out to sea.
We have use of 2 bicycles to ride very safely to the centre of pretty Worthing (Centre is 1.5 km away, great walk too!) with all it's lovely shops, restaurants and bars and other leisure facilities like bowling, swimming pool, theatres, cinemas, beach cafes, pier etc. Park and cafe/restaurant within 2 minutes walk.

Train Station with trains to vibrant Brighton(20 minutes), cosmopolitan London (75 minutes)or historic Portsmouth (half hour). Buses available too.

Parking for up to 6 cars. Car exchange will be considered. Internet access. Great for families but not child proof so not suitable for toddlers and small children.
