It is a 5 minute walk from a small supermarket, restaurants, hairdressers, pharmacy etc. The beach is a 5 minute drive, and the Mall of the Emirates, which has a huge indoor ski slope, is a 10 minute drive. The creek and historical bastakiya area is a 25 minute drive, and you can get out into the desert to do dune bashing or quad biking within 45 minutes.

The weather will be hot in July /August so be prepared for 40 degrees.
