Lovely 4 Bed home in Hobart, Australia

Tinderbox is an environmentally protected peninsular 25 minutes south of Hobart. It is a popular place from which to watch the end of the Sydney - Hobart yacht race.
Tinderbox has great views, marine life and grows wine and olives. The climate is temperate - cool to cold in July and August. Spring in September is always mild and lovely. From October on the weather is warm to hot and the summer period between November - February can vary from very warm to very hot. January and February are usually dry.
Our comfortable well-designed home is in a peaceful location but only a 25 minute drive from central Hobart, 2 minute drive from the beach and boat launching ramp in Tinderbox and 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants and golf in Kingston and Blackman's Bay.
We also have a recently renovated holiday home at Coles Bay, on Tamania's Freycinet Peninsular, which is part of the exchange. It is 50 metres from a child-friendly beach and the walking track to the famous Wineglass Bay. It has views of the bay and the Hazards (mountains). It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large deck with a BBQ. A dinghy and kayak are available.
