Lovely 4 Bed home in Edinburgh, Scotland

We live in a 200 year old, 4 bedroomed house across the road from a lovely beach but only 3 miles from Edinburgh city centre, which is easily accessible by frequent buses at the top of our street. The house is family friendly. It is reasonably accessible with a small step to enter and a downstairs wc and separate shower room, with a small step to access.

Portobello has plenty of good quality shops and restaurants. The promenade is a pleasant one mile long walk.
