We have a spacious and light open-plan loft-style 3 storey flat in a converted school close by lovely Victoria Park (which hosts lots of events including Lovebox and free family festivals). Small roof terrace to sit out on in summer. Would suit couple or family (esp. with young children). Lots of kids under 10 in this friendly building but it's very quiet.

Great park for cycling, skating etc (our bikes etc included) plus excellent cafes, canalwalk and 2 children's playgrounds & splash pools. Really great local restaurants and shops-this area has something quite special: we love it. Central line/District Line tube stn:15 minutes walk (or 5 minute bus) - then 15 minutes into Oxford Circus. You don't need a car! Near Broadway market, Columbia Rd,Shoreditch, Hoxton, Tower of London. All sights of Central London are within a half hour away. Vibrant area - you will get a taste of real London life here.
